Rainbow chard! From my favorite ladies at Five Acres Farms and my very own Kirkland Farmer’s market. Seems like an obscure type of greens, but you can use in the same way as spinach. It’s great sautéed in garlic and olive oil with garbanzo beans, sliced onions and dill— it’s also great in soups.
